How can I add a 250ms Ping Delay and simulate packet drop on wifi?
I really would like to try simulating slow connection speeds,meaning
simulating packet drops, like 4-7% packet loss, and adding a strong 250ms
ping delay to my wifi setting. Is there any way to get Netem to work over
wifi or only Ethernet?
Also, is there a command in linux to limit upload and download bandwidth
entirely?
